The Teachers’ point of view about school
• Principal Laura Tomescu : fortress of light the school has the purpose of illuminating the young minds that we grow from 7 years till 19
• Principal assistant Diana Saitis : temple sobriety, politness, profoundness in thinking, respect for life
• Teacher Anica Revnic (Romanian) : youth not only through the presence in school of the young generation, that imposes their opinion more and more, realizing that the present is a preamble of the future (and the students are the future), but also through their dynamism which they impose on teachers so that the latter remain young through them.
• Teacher Suzana Sterescu (French) : a second family the statute of the school is not indifferent to me, neither are its students. I'm enjoying the white points and the black ones make me sad. When I come to school, I leave my personal problems at home.
• Teacher Adriana Stir (Religion) : key it opens a door to science, knowledge, to other possibilities in the future in which you can find yourself or not, an opening to new opportunities
• Teacher Amalia Gurzau (Romanian) : hourglass for every moment, every hour, every day, I realize what I have done, what I have to do, what I have done well, and what I have to mend in the activity I develop in this highschool. Hourglass invested time a way to get interest out of time
• Teacher Almasan Elvira (Biology) : family I have succeded to model lots of minds and to have good performance at the school contests
• Teacher Luminita Dobriban (Latin) : nuts because of the Latin phrase 'in nuce “in a nutshell” … in the seed there are already embryos of all the subsequent developments
• Teacher Furnea Ioan (P.E.) : chess board stimulates the mind, the gymmnastic of mind in one word, it supposes patience and intellingence.
• Teacher Marincescu Sanda (Arts) : pyramid of values in school we enter just like in a labyrinth or in a spiral, caught in a dizzy current , our only way of escape is the thread of wisdom and learning.
• Teacher Cristina Dohotar (Geography) : cactus flower lots of thorns, appearance without any special beauty, but every 4 school years it blossoms, it gets a special charm. Similarly, in school, the end is after 4 years, when the students are prepared to start on their own road with a treasure chest full of knowledge.
• Teacher Ovidiu Bechet (English) : a second nature, but always unique, the place were I have been living for 40 years (those are my years of service in school… ‘ I should retire, shouldn’t I ?! ), it’s that place where I come every morning and I don’t get bored, where I never get old, and when I get tired, I crave for a holiday. I always welcome it, in winter, spring or summer. With the wage, I’m satisfied, but I don’t wish to... rhyme. I could give a didatic definition, ‘ by the book ’ , but I prefer to leave it that way as long as the ‘dissatisfactions’ don’t exceed the ‘satisfactions’ .
• Teacher Melinda Hosszu (English) : aquarium a separate world with its own rules, that do not apply to the exterior world.It is a safe and secure environment.
• Teacher Morar Claudia (English) : garden a secret garden where mysterious plants grow. One season you work the land, the next one you take care of the weeds... Sometimes, when pruning the roses, thorns prick your fingers. Every 4 years, you find a nice, sunny spot and you bury a seed. And then you wait, and you wait, and you wait...
• Teacher Mocan Corina (English) : flight– the ascension to the heights of knowledge.
• Teacher Liviu Tivadar (Mathematics) : playdough School should be a modelling space of the students’ personality and a territory that should emphasize the ultimate questions. Along with these, solid knowledge about our European culture should be taught. Unfortunately, the reality is different, thus many times we take the accessory as the essential and dabble in matters of social insertion and pragmatism. |

Conclusion
After we finished the project we discovered that school has different symbols for teachers as well as for the students.
For some, school represents a positive environment, that signifies the image of perfection, and for others it means a “prison of mind”. The symbols also reveal occasional moments of frustration, sadness or joy. Irrespective of the country, we think that no educational system is perfect and that both teachers and students are…..human beings.
We used to think that school is a simple instructive establishment, a useless one, where we go every day. But, at the end of this project, while we read again all the symbols, we realize that school is more than that, it’s like a second family.
School prepares us for life and it binds friendships both among students and teachers.
